Payment Reminders

Take the hassle out of chasing payments with automated reminders that work seamlessly across both Invoices and Payment Links. Customers can opt in to a reminder plan that fits their workflow — helping them get paid faster, with less follow-up.

✅ Works with Invoices & Payment Links – Enable reminders for any payment request with just one click.

✅ Choose a Reminder Plan – Select from pre-set schedules (e.g. “3 days before,” “on due date”) with email and SMS options.

✅ Customisable Templates & Plans – Use branded templates for each reminder event, with full plan customisation coming soon.

Credit Notes

We’ve extended our Invoicing product to make credit notes more powerful and user-friendly. Based on valuable early user feedback, credit notes now help manage adjustments pre-payment, track refunds post-payment, and provide downloadable records for customers.

✅ Pre-payment adjustments: Apply credit notes to reduce the amount due on published invoices before payment.

✅ Post-payment refunds: Issue credit notes to track and record refunds after invoices have been paid.

✅ Customer-friendly records: Credit notes can now be downloaded as PDFs directly by customers.
